The burner tray was delivered and I had it installed for $ 100. The screws you sent were just what I needed. My heater is up and running and I am a very happy camper. Thank you for your help. This was the solution I was looking for. Being told that my entire heater needed to be replaced by that other pool company was not what I wanted to hear. I will contact you and refer you to anyone who ask me about qualified and knowledgeable pool parts experts.

I had replaced the pools motor in January and became acquainted with Parts Depot, as I needed a new 3-port valve housing; I found the staff there extremely cheerful and helpful in procuring this part something not always the case anymore. . .

After getting stood-up by a local pool service company, I decided to give Parts Depot a call and see if they could give a phone diagnosis. I talked with the very affable Roy McGowan, and he asked me to e-mail him some photos of my plumbing system. Within 45 minutes, Roy called me back and had my puzzle solved: a simple readjustment of the spas JVA cams did the trick. With Roys expertise and guidance, even a cave man could have done it! For this, I am internally grateful, and in these tough times, Roy and Co. saved me a bunch of bucks. Hes got me as a customer as long as Im around. . .
